In case you are wondering, no WordPress as a platform .Com or .Org has just just played the wait and see what happens card.
There is ZERO support docs on CCPA from Core WP on .org however there is every flavor of plug in imaginable for it.
I post to post not collect and gather so while I would have a blast making this site compliant.. it is not required to be, so why bother?
